  • Account information: Your name and email address provided when you sign in with Google.
  • Health and wellness data: Information you voluntarily enter in the App, including health check-ins, blood pressure readings, calorie intake, mood logs, and body measurements.
  • Device information: Platform type (iOS/Android), app version, and crash/error reports used to improve app stability.
  • Usage data: Anonymous feature usage patterns and AI usage token counts used solely for service improvement.

3. How we use your information

Your data is used exclusively to:

  • Provide and personalize your in-app health tracking experience.
  • Generate AI-powered health summaries, reminders, and suggestions based only on the health data you enter. Your personal contact details (name, email, phone) are never sent to AI processing systems.
  • Send medication and routine reminders you have configured.
  • Improve app performance and diagnose technical issues.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any commercial purpose beyond providing the App’s stated features.

4. Data storage and security

Your health data is stored locally on your device only. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted storage, secure authentication tokens, and restricted data access.

5. Camera

The App requests camera access solely to scan food items and prescription/medication labels using your device camera. Captured images are processed on-device or sent to the AI service for analysis and are not stored permanently or transmitted to our servers for any other purpose. You may deny camera permission at any time; scanning features will be unavailable but all other features remain unaffected.

6. Microphone

The App requests microphone access to enable voice input features such as speaking to the AI assistant. Audio is processed in real time and is not recorded or stored on our servers. You may deny microphone permission at any time; voice input will be unavailable but all other features remain unaffected.

7. Location data

The App requests access to your device location solely to display local weather information on the home screen. Location data is used in real time and is not stored or transmitted to our servers. You may deny location permission at any time; weather features will be unavailable but all other features remain unaffected.

8. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal or health data with third parties except:

  • With service providers listed in Section 7, strictly to provide the App’s features.
  • In an anonymised, aggregated form that cannot identify any individual, for research or improvement purposes.

9. Data retention and deletion

Your health data is stored on your device for as long as you use the App. You can delete individual records within the App at any time. Uninstalling the App will permanently remove all locally stored data. We do not retain any of your personal or health data on our servers after it is processed for AI features.

10. Children’s privacy

The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided personal data through this App, you can remove all stored data by either clearing the App’s data through your device settings, or by uninstalling and reinstalling the App — both actions will permanently erase all locally stored information and reset the App to its initial state.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
